It starts with a simple conversation. Every great relationship starts this way. That’s why we sit down together and find out exactly what’s going on in your business before anything at all happens. 

We realize that discussing your business affairs can cause the divulgence of very sensitive information. You are guaranteed that your information is always kept confidential. In fact, we have private meeting rooms available for those types of conversations.

Most programs are 6 months to a year in length, so that we can really get to the heart of the matter and create lasting and change and permanent solutions. Most meetings are set for every other week, but can vary according to your needs.

Coaching is an investment in your future and the future of your business. We always discuss your particular investment privately. However, an investment in coaching is literally something you can’t afford NOT to do.

This is the purpose of the discovery conversation. The extensive experience and vast knowledge gained from a lifetime of service in leadership, gives me the ability to help nearly anyone.  However, in a rare instance, we may find that we are not a right fit and you may be referred elsewhere.
